Just moved
Hi, a technician set up my modem after I moved, but the arrows on it are continuously blinking. He said this might happen because it's a common problem for movers. My plan is activated. I tried restarting it with the power cable and I did a factory reset afterwards. Nothing works and I am connected without internet.

Did you contact customer service? When did the technician come? Unfortunately, it may take a few days to activate the service through cable lines as you moved.
