No "adjust plan" link in the manage my account page

Hello,

There is still 7 days left in my cycle and I want to adjust my plan but the link does not appear when I go on the manage my account page. How can we fix this so that I can change my plan in time?

    Hello Rosemarie D. 

    I have just checked the Fizz account associated with your username and I have noticed that a plan change is already taken care of by our system. The change of plan was done yesterday 14/07 and it will be completed on 20/07.

    Hi Rosemarie,

    since Fizz change policy is not involved in this particular case, you should contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about this situation. They will be able to do some further investigation to correct it. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
