Transfer request expired, can't intiate again since still active.

I wasn't able to to approve my transfer from Virgin to Fizz in time so my transfer request was cancelled. Fizz's email says to request a new transfert, but I am not able since Fizz seems to believe that my transfert request is still active. Virgin can't do anything unless a new transfer request is initiated.

After a will, my transfer request still seems active to Fizz's eyes. I don't know what to do now... Can I even call Fizz?

However, if you have any questions related to this paticular situation and would like to contact Fizz’s support team directly for advice but also for specific answers to correct this situation, here is the procedure to follow in order to be able to contact the service. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
