Paid for data add-on for Europe - Get no confirmation and no procedure
Hi,
I just passed an order to add data for Zone Europe but I get no confirmation, nowhere to see on the account the status of the data and there seems to be specific instructions to follow to get it connected there but I get nothing, no message from fizz, no notification.
How can I be sure that my phone will work once in Europe? There wasn't even an activity/expiry date when making the purchase. Thanks

Hi,
Add-Ons are active immediately. They’re valid until the end of your next payment cycle.
In other words, if there are 10 days left on your current payment cycle, your Add-On will be valid for approximately 40 days.

Just to be sure that this purchase have been done, since you have'nt received a confirmation Mail of it, you can contact Fizz’s support team directly. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
