Technician came yesterday - still no wifi.

Hi there, after moving and booking an appointment with the technician, they finally came to inspect and said everything was alright. They said it would take 2 hours for the wifi to be online but its been 24 hours and still no internet. Also, the router shows not all lights on, some are flashing - so basically its not connected.

Please help.
