I cannot connect to fizz mobile data.

It shows as connected but I cannot get data. It says LTE+. When I reboot i get "sign into network" on the upper left side. When i tough this the screen goes white and I get a

Webpage not available

The webpage at https://fizz.ca/en.jail could not be loaded because \net.ERR_TIMED_OUT

    Hello sderasp,
    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I kindly advise you to reach us in private to solve the issue, as I can see you have multiple mobile lines there. 
    One of them does not have data, so if you are speaking of that one, then your phone will not be able to connect to the internet. 
    Furthermore,  I kindly advise you to verify if your APN settings are correct. 
    They should be 100% identical to these ones (if you have an android phone):
    To verify: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Access Point Names → APN
    APN: mobile.bm
    MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
    MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
    MMS port: 80
    APN type: default,mms,supl
