SIM Card Not Being Detected when Plan is Active

I activated my SIM card, transferred my phone number to Fizz and built my phone plan but now my SIM card is not even detected in my iPhone XR which is up to date. I even received the email saying my "Plan is active" and that I am good to go to start using my plan. The SIM card doesn't seem damaged, I restarted my phone (multiple times), I reset all my settings, nothing is working. I have been waiting on multiple chats to get someone from Customer Service to talk to me and literally nobody is answering. Quite a bad experience for a new customer if you ask me.. Anybody who can try and help, I would truly appreciate it.
