"Adjust plan" button is disappeared

Hi,
I am travelling back to Canada and wanna change my plan for the next billing cycle. But on the manage page, there is no option for "adjust plan." I am sure I am not in the plan change freeze period. I wonder how can I get the option back? Thanks.

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account and I can see that the button is not there.
I escalated a ticket to our technical team to fix it.
You can see the ticket in your account> Overview section
