Call blocage_You said it is fixed since 1 pm but it it's 5 pm and I I still can't call or be called

As I menstionned in many ways today, I can't call or receive any calls since this morning, I live in Montreal, my plan is paid and my phone has no technical pbs, the pnly thing is that I spend the last few days in Ontario and bought somne add-on.

Now back to Montreal, every time I try to call I am blocked and I am told by automated voice and message that my plan does not allow this call and I have to buy somme add-on, The worst part is that if sombody calls, the automated message tells him that my number is no more active.

I work with this numbe and I am very very disapointed.
