did not get email confirmation after changing my plan

Hi,
I changed my phone plan for the next cycle, was accepted on the fizz website which stated I would receive an email confirmation but never receuved any email. It's been 2 days! Any idea how to confirm the new plan will be in place next cycle else than this email? Thx

I kindly inform you that I have verified your account and I saw you have changed your plan indeed on July 8th, and you received a plan change confirmation email on July 10th that the changes will be effective on July 15th.
