Need confirmation on appointment

My appointment shows for 7th of July on app but shows for 8th of July on web... Can you please confirm date when it is planned for

    Here is how to contact customer service for an answer

    Then In status of our services you click on Check out the services

    Then you press the interrogation point (?) at the bottom right and all you have to do is choose the platform to contact them.

    Chatting is the only fast and efficient method because you interact directly with customer service.

    Hi,

    your technician appointments are in your Fizz account. Simply log in and under My plans > Manage plan > Appointments  You’ll be able to view, reschedule or cancel your appointment, even up until the moment when the technician is on route.
