Add on doesn’t work

Hi, I just bought an add on of 500mb of data about fifteen days ago and it doesn’t seem to be working. My original plan was limited in Quebec and it has already expired. The add on that I bought is available throughout Canada, yet it doesn’t not work either in Quebec or in others parts of the country.

    Hello AlexFan,
    I am sorry to hear about that,
    If you are traveling through Canada, I kindly advise you to turn on your Roaming option on your phone.
    Also, make sure you are connected to FIZZ-EXT. 
    The steps to do this, are as follows, depending on the phone model you use:

    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Fizz-ext

    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Fizz-ext
