Anybody got this e-mail? Fizz offer FREE VoLTE sim card for me. Is it mandatory to swap? Or I don't need do anything in this stage?

    Hello Seani,

    Changing the SIM card is mandatory, as your actual SIM card will not be compatible with the VoLTE service. We advise you to follow the steps indicated in the email you received to order your new, free SIM card.

    After receiving it, please follow the steps to change the SIM card for your number, as they can also be found in the email.
