SIM card already used by other already used by other user

I'm trying to activate a sim card because I lost my old one, and it's saying that "the activation code was already used by other user", also when I trying to activate using the same number the page is not working "Unfortunately, we couldn’t save your previous selection. Please resubmit your order."

I really like Fizz but every time when I have an issue it takes weeks to be solved :(

Do I need to buy another sim card/ could you provide another one ?

Or could you check why my SIM card was used ?

    you should contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about this issue, they will be able to provide you advice as well as precises answers to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
