Impossible to reach CHAT
I've now tried almost daily over the last week, and while I see the ? in the lower right, and am presented with the four support options, clicking CHAT never proceeds to a chat dialog. It just fails silently.
Is anyone else able to reach CHAT?
In the past, the chat window has been slow to appear, or intermittent, but never completely absent.
All tests on the same browser of course, so any change is not on my end.
I also tried another browser (and another account) with the same results.

If you have an ad blocker enabled, the "?" bubble will not appear or the chat.
I would recommend that you delete cache and cookies on your browser and use an incognito page to contact us.
