I can’t change my phone plan.
So basically I was planning on going on a trip during the month of June. But because of some issues I ended up not going. But before my trip I changed my phone plan to remove calls and LTE during the month so I don’t have to pay a lot. It ended up costing me 15$. But since my trip was canceled and the month already started, I was stuck with that 15$ plan . I ended up buying some minutes to be able to speak. Now we are in July and I still can change my phone plan. Any help.
ps: when I go to manage plan. The option for adjusting plan is not available in the choices.
