Internet not working 6 days after installation.

Hello,

I recently moved and had my modem installed by a technician, however I have not been able to access the internet at all. On my account, my internet plan is still showing "activation pending" and even after multiple redos of the setup this status has not changed.

I had a ticket opened the day after my installation but it has been 6 days with no progress on it. I work from home so not having internet access has been quite distressing and I need this issue to be fixed ASAP. If anyone on the technical team can take a look at this issue, I would appreciate that very much.
