Reactivating account - No New Numbers?

Reactivating an account that has been deactivated for several months while on vacation. I have my old SIM card. It's not possible to retain the previous phone number, correct? And if that is the case, I cannot even find a new number as Fizz says there are no new numbers available. So I just can't reactivate my account, with my old number or getting a new one? Even the link one of your support pages sends me to, on this page - How do I reactivate my Fizz plan? | Fizz - redirects me to a 404 page - 404 Page Not Found | Fizz.

    Hello Ily

If you have any problems activating your phone number, I invite you to contact us privately so we can take a better look at it.

However, I advise you to follow the steps mentioned by Fling and also try with another browser.

We are waiting for you 😊😊
    Cheers,
    Alexandra

    Hi Ily

No it's not possible to have your ils number

Here's how to contact customer service for help about the new number

    https://fizz.ca/en/support

Then you press the interrogation point (?) at the bottom right and all you have to do is choose the platform to contact them.

Chatting is the only fast and efficient method because you interact directly with customer service.

You can Also to choose your new number Whit a different browser ( Firefox or internet explorer ) or in a private/incognito window. Fizz website doesn't always play nice with browser history and cookies.

    Hi

Unless you transferred it to another mobile provider, you can reuse your Fizz phone number up to 60 days after unsubscribing, whether to reactivate your plan or to use it for another plan in your account - https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate

If it has been longer than 60 days, then you will need to activate a new plan - https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate

At this time, you will be able to select your new number. You can search for your old number or a similar number by requesting Find a number (enter the last 4 digits). There is a one-time $1 or $2 charge for this option.

Know that you can choose to activate a plan under your current account or by using a new Fizz account. If you choose to use a new account (with new email address), you can benefit with the referral program ($50 credit if you use a referral code). In this case if you need a referral code, you can choose to use mine (you will find it next to my username) or the code of someone who has helped you 😉

If you are having trouble accessing any the Fizz help pages, you can try with another browser or with your browser in private/incognito mode.

If you wish to reach Fizz customer service, you can contact them by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
