    My account indicates that someone came but that we missed it, however I was there all day and nobody came, ring the bell or try to call in my phone. Now I am trying to get a new appointment and it goes to Tuesday. We are working from home it is an issue. Because I was going to instal the rooter myself anyway, can I get it myself somewhere today?
