My account does not show how to block my lost SIM. How can I contact fizz while I'm in France?

    Hello Don D.,

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I have escalated a ticket to have this verified.
As soon as we have any updates we will contact you right away via email.
You can also verify the progress from your Fizz account, My settings > my tickets.
If there is anything else I can do for you in the meantime, please let me know.

    Have a lovely day,
    -Alex

    Hi Don,

here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    -Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

This option should be in your Fizz account, under My Phones, you choose the phone in question, and under it you will see the option written in blue: Phone lost/stolen.

I have two numbers one has the feature available the other does not. The lost SIM does not have a manage button, it has a gift button instead...

As mentioned above, make sure you are under: My phones, and not under: My plans, because I have the impression that you're in the wrong place. You should not see the Details option, or the Gift... This option is only present at this location, where you see your phones and not your plans, you'll see, it's a blue link under each of the phones associated with your Fizz account.

I only see one phone listed under my phones page not two as I have and it's not the phone that was lost...

Under these circumstances then, you'll clearly have no alternative but to contact Fizz’s customer service team directly since this phone should be visible in your account. You will not be able to block the SIM card by yourself, unfortunately. However, perhaps the service will be able to do so.
