I've ended my membership and you still charged me for another month...??? WTF.!?!?!?!

Cant get anyone to help when I need it and the Fizz site just gives me the run around to re-sign in all the time when i ask for help or chat....

This company for internet service is the worst ever, no human contact just a damn email message or chat and then if were at least quick and easy to get help it would be better...

I think you should open a ticket for this. Here we are simply users like you and we won't be able to help you. But i understand your frustrations.

First of all, open a ticket with the support service : https://fizz.ca/en/support#gsc.tab=0
Then, keep all the information collected and contact your financial institution. They will be able to help you especially if you have used a credit card.
