No internet; on going issue

I continue to get the connected but no internet issue. Has been going on since yesterday night and has persisted all day. I've gone through the three links that the bots usually provide and the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue even after repeated tries. I've reached out via chat but no answer. Please help

    I can see that you have a moving appointment set for June 29th and the deactivation at your old location set for the 27th.
    Please wait for the moving order to be completed.  
    A technician needs to arrive and validate the move for the service to work at your new address.

    since the problem persists despite the possible corrections proposed by the troubleshooting, you'll have no other choise to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation as well as provide you advice and precise answers. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    Hello @Bingbonguser

    You can chat with an agent directly 24/7 using the live chat function. To contact them on the live chat you have to go to any of the FAQs and click the (?) in the lower right corner of the screen. Once you do that you will have to click on the (...) three dots which represent the live chat function.
