Does technician need to come if I already have a modem and connection in my place

My old tenant left the modem and connection so Can Fizz just reactivate it. I have an appointment with a technician this afternoon

That modem will have to be returned if not the plan owner will be charged for not returning it.

Yes the technician will verify the coaxial cable signal and make any changes as necessary.

@CharlesMor Hi, Also do not let the technician leave until you are sure your connection is working fine.
Even if he tested the connection with his tools and even if he tells you you have to wait 15 minutes for a new version being installed on your modem, I would advise checking first that you can connect to the wi-fi and internet working on your devices before he is leaving
