How to apply for payment instalments when I lost my phone?

Hello,
I lost my cellphone at the bottom of a lake this weekend.
In spite of attempts to order another one on Fizz using payment instalments, PayBright asks of me to confirm a PIN either by call or sms on my lost mobile phone, which I can't do.
How can I resolve this? I can't afford one-time payment, it exceeds my monthly budget.

There can be a few options available to you
- Is there an alternative phone number you can use (at least to be able to complete the phone purchase with paybright).
- Get a replacement Fizz SIM and use it in a temporary phone so that you can have your phone line working (while waiting for your new phone)
- Or you may contact Paybright directly to discuss this issue.
