"Travel Options" webpage doesn't work: can't buy travel data add-ons

I try to buy data for a travel, but the Fizz.ca webpage "Travel Options" (My plan\Manage plan\Travel) remains still after selecting the country and clicking on seach. Impossible to buy data.

Anyone has a solution?

    Hi Popineau,

    I can see on my end that you managed to purchase a Travel Add-on earlier today so the acquisition was successful.
    If you encounter this situation with another purchase, please let us know.

    If the situation began occurring after the initial purchase that I see on my end, I kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again.
    Also, you can try to do so from Incognito mode or a different browser or device.

    Looks like you are doing the right things to me... maybe a temporary bug from Fizz website. Try later on.

    You can try to empty your cache in your browser or another internet navigator.
