Price of Moto G Pure new vs pre-owend
Hey @Whizz, the price for a new Moto G Pure is the same as pre-owned, the pre-owned inventory should have a discount similar to that of the other devices.

Although the price of the new model and preloved one are the same right now, the new model is on sale for a limited time and comes with a 2 year contract as stipulated with the following description.
"This limited-time offer consists of applying the promotional rebate indicated on the suggested retail price of the phone in question. The rebate is conditional on (i) maintaining for an uninterrupted period of 24 months a Fizz mobile plan that is already active at the time of the phone’s purchase or (ii) activating a Fizz mobile plan within 7 days of receiving the phone in question (for members who do not already have an active Fizz mobile plan) and maintaining it for 24 months. If either condition is not met, you will be required to refund the prorated portion of the promotional rebate corresponding to the number of months remaining in the initial 24-month term."
Whereas the preloved one does not require any mobile plan subscription. Fizz will make promotions on different phone models at times to meet customer needs and depending on their inventory on hand.

Hello @PF_Ref_D2U9A , I did not notice that, thanks for pointing out the distinction. Requiring a two-year contract to get that pricing is vital information and should not be hidden in fine print with a lighter colour text. This is not customer-friendly behaviour This would be my feedback to Fizz on such practices. @Whizz
