Mobile data won't return

I payed my phone bill late and after two hours I got my confirmation of payment and confirmation that my service had been returned. i can make regular phone calls and sms texts but I have no data symbol and I can't connect to LTE or anything. I tried airplane mode, restarted my phone, checked my apn settings and none of it worked. It's been over 30 hours and still nothing. I've tried to contact support and checked the forum's but there is nothing to help me.

    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I can see that you are currently talking with our customer service representatives on messenger in order to fix this issue.
    What I can advise you here is to make sure you have your mobile data enabled.
    Restart your phone and if none of the manipulations proposed by the support team do not work, then please, test your SIM card on another phone.
