Home internet issues in Chomedey, Laval?

I had to reset my modem every day in in last week. Anyone around with the same problem? Today was the factory reset day. Hopefully the problem will go away. Tried to chat with the customer service but as always that's ineffective. This company is good until you have a problem. That shitty advice to plug your modem in a different receptacle is the most stupid thing I have ever heard.
