Someone was supposed to contact me since this morning Concerning my connection. Tech support needs to close the ticket on their end for me to have connection. Nobody is responding to my messages properly. I keep getting the same answer. Someone will be with you shortly, but nobody is….

    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your account and I see that you have received an answer from our customer service representatives on all channels of communication.
    The situation was solved after our technical team managed to find the root cause of the issue. Your plan is active and you can use your services now.  
    You can restart your modem by disconnecting the power cable from the back, wait for 30 seconds then plug it back in.

    Hi Jayden,

    in fact, social media communication channels are used to leave a message so that you can continue your business until the service is available again. For real-time chat, you’ll need to use Chat on the platform.

    To contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, click on the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service.
