Rescheduling appointment

Hey all. I had originally scheduled an appointment to install home internet for this morning, but rescheduled to yesterday afternoon when I saw it became available. The tech came yesterday as expected and was great. However, Fizz kept sending me reminders as if my appointment was still for this morning, and my internet was only activated today (after 12pm, when the original appointment would have ended max). Seems like this is a bug in the scheduling system…
