Expired perks

I signed up for fizz home internet last week. I had 2 $25 off perks that expired yesterday that I wanted to use. The technician came yesterday as scheduled but for some reason my internet was only activated (and started working) today around noon. I therefore was unable to apply my perks before they expired, which bums me out quite a bit. Any way to get them back?

    I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
    I have verified your account and I see that a ticket was escalated to our technical team to see if they can restore it.
    They have solved the issue in the meantime and you can see the perk in your account>  Overview > my rewards.
    You should go there and activate it.
