How to change address and how do i get into contact with anyone at fizz?

Hey Forum, I just moved and had an appointment with a technician today, unfortunately I put the wrong apartment number (31 instead of 33) and so he asked me to get in contact with Fizz and try to change my address. I've tried everything, I tried changing it on my own in my account, I tried the chat bubble, i tried facebook, instagram, everything, and I cannot get into contact with anyone. How can I change my apartment number so that I can get my modem to finally work? Very close to canceling and moving to another service provider...it's so frustrating here

    I verified your Fizz account and observed that the move at the incorrect address has been completed on June 8th. I have also noted that you placed a new moving order at the correct address and that you set up an appointment for today, June 10th.

    Thus a technician will arrive at the new address within the selected time frame to complete the second move and everything should be in order after that.

    I am happy to inform you that this was indeed the correct procedure, as you were required to process a new move order for the correct address.

    I am also sorry to hear that you encountered difficulties in contacting us. I verified in the system and observed your messages, however, I would like to inform you that one of my colleagues answered on Messenger and another one on the chat conversation. It seems though that you were no longer available.

    Hi @mgasp

    Sorry to here there was an error when setting up your account which ended up in a delay of service. Did the technician leave you the modem, even though the appt was not correct ? If not, then customer service will need to change the address on your plan, and then you will need to take another appointment. If he did (which I don't think they are supposed to), then once you change your address, you will need to ask customer service to "activate" the modem.

    User can't "change" address on a plan, since it is tied to the service itself.

    Unfortunately, with Fizz, everything is ONLINE only. There is no physical person to call.

    Fizz Customer service agents are only available online. Here we are all end users like you.

    • Sign into your account
    • Follow the link on this page:  https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
    • Go to bottom of page and Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
    • Choose the option 💬 chat
    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
