I received a text from fizz about a new activation.
I never do this.
How can I be refunded and be sure that my account as well as my personal information is not compromised?

2. Logon your Fizz account and change your password to a secure one.

4. Contact Fizz support to discuss and review your account status
You can Live Chat with customer support at any time:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
