    Hello @Gerry K.

I'm sorry to hear about the situation you encountered with the SMS sent multiple times.

We invite you to clear the memory cache of the Messages app on your phone and then restart and test. I also advise you to make sure that the last software update of the phone is installed on the device, as well as the carrier settings.

If possible, please test by inserting the SIM card into another phone, to see if the situation repeats itself.
In case nothing helps, we invite you to contact us in private, on the desired contact channel, so we can verify the situation more in-depth.

We are available for our customers 24/7. Here is a useful link: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

Thanks and have a great day!

    Hi Gerry,

here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation as well as provide you precise answers. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    -Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

  • Hello @Gerry K. , clear the memory cache for the messaging app on your device and reboot. If this does not resolve the issue, another way to contact Fizz Customer Service is to log in, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit your complaint, this exchange occurs by the email address registered on your account. Best of luck.
