1 GB of mobile data perk won't activate

Hi, I have five 1gb perks and I cannot get any of them to activate. When I click on one, select my phone number and click the green "Activate" button, it goes grey for a couple seconds then turns back to green. That's it. I've tried multiple browsers on multiple devices and it's all the same. Can anyone help me? They expire in 4 days :(:(
