I have moved, the technician came to install but I have no signal
Yesterday I had my appointment for moving, the technician came to install, but never gave me a signal, the technician said that the modem was updating (2 first lights turn on and off). but after 24 hours I have no signal at home Today I sent a text to the technician and he replied that the modem must be damaged, but he never checked it .
Please I need your help

I'm really sorry to hear about this situation. I just verified your account, and it seems like the modem was not provisioned correctly. I just re-provisioned it, and it seems like everything is alright on our end. Could you please restart your modem by unplugging it for 20 seconds and then plugging it back in, then test your connection?

Hello!
I had similar issue: after technician left, no Internet and the modem was in the permanent reboot loop. I have contacted the customer service and the next day a technician came with the new modem. Everything was resolved, so don't give up.
