Hi, I want to add interprovincial call in my plan, but I can't find it in "available adds-on". Either can I find it elsewhere. Can anyone help? Thanks

    Hello Akira_bay,
I hope you are doing well.

I just verified your account and I noticed that you have Quebec coverage, therefore, with the base plan you will not be able to place a call in Ontario. If you are planning on placing the call while being inside your coverage zone, and not traveling to Ontario, can purchase an Add-on for international calls. You can do so by going to My plans > Manage plan > Add-ons > International calls. You can find more information on this topic here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-make-an-international-call-when-i-am-in-my-coverage-area.

Thank you for your kind understanding.
    Have a good one!

    Hi,

the coverage area you choose determines the expanse of the calls and texts included in your plan. If you choose the Canada coverage for instance, you can make or receive calls anywhere in the country. But with a Quebec coverage, a call made or receive from Vancouver for example would not be included in your plan, and you’d have to buy a Travel Add-on.

A Travel Add-On is an Add-On to your monthly plan that allows you to use data in a selected zone. A Zone is a group of countries that all share the same rate for data texts and minutes. In the Travel settings interface, enter the name of your destination country to see the zone, the countries included, and rates that apply.

A Travel Add-on is a one-time package that takes effect immediately and lasts until the end of your next payment cycle.

If you selected the Quebec coverage in your plan, consider buying a Travel Add-on or an International call Add-on to make your calls to Canada or the United States.

    To buy a Travel Add-On:

    1. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
    2. Scroll to the plan you wish to change.
    3. Click on Manage and choose Travel.
    4. Enter the name of the main country you will be visiting. (If you’re going to more than one country, tell us where you will be spending the most time).
    5. On the next screen, select Travel Add-On.
    6. You will see different options for your travel zone. Choose the option that suits you, based on the amount of data, minutes and text you will need.
    7. Click Confirm and pay for your Travel Add-On. It will be activated immediately.

    Hi Akira

You need a Canada plan to dial an Ontario number.

For an add on go to your account in plans -> manage plan -> add on

If you don’t Fling it ask for help from support

contact Fizz customer service directly you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

If your call is in the Ottawa area it will be free of charge, just press "1" before dialing the number. If it is elsewhere in Ontario, you will need to purchase a Travel Add-on specific to Canada, if your coverage area is Quebec.
