Having trouble with group texts

Hi all,

On iphone and I seem to be missing some texts sent within groups that used to work just fine. Also I can't reply to group texts anymore.

I've taken out the sim card and put it back in, rebooted the phone a few times, and nothing is working. Anyone else having this problem? It's been going on for a couple of weeks now.

    You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
