Trying to buy with paybright

Hello everyone !

I'm trying to pay a phone with paybright, but everytime i'm entering my name, age, cellphone, my street, etc.. (like the page 1/3 after choosing that option from the fizz website), it's saying there's an error from them when i'm clicking to go on the page 2/3.

Tried to contact paybright but they dont seem to have an option other than a old FAQ that you can't even ask a question. So i'm turning to this forum :)
