Schedule a moving appointment is not available
Hello,
I'm trying to get an appointment to move my home service to a new address since May 18th (the calendar was loading forever) at first I was told through the contact chat that the functionality was unavailable, that please try again after May 23, which I did, yesterday, and still not working (different error this time, the process never finishes because every time I click on the Next button a modal shows up with no confirm button, I close it and back to the page with the Next button that opens the same modal) and today I'm trying again, getting an empty timeslot (with console errors) that at the end doesn't let me schedule the moving appointment.
Is there any other way to schedule the moving appointment? Can you do it for me with private messages or emails or something else, since the funcionality for it seems to be continuosly broken?

Our moving order is back online and should work properly now.
Please try again from My plans > manage plan > moving.

Fizz has a problème whit this since a few days
You need to contact the support for help
To contact Fizz customer service directly you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
