International calling add-on not working

Purchased this plan for Italy but not working...why?

    Hi Anthony,
    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I can see that you purchased an International Calls Add-on to Italy which is used ONLY to call from your coverage area to Italy and 2 Data Travel Add-ons for Italy.
    To get the confusion out of the way, can you please let us know whether you are in Canada and want to reach someone in Italy or are in Italy and want to use your services there?

    If it's the latter, please bear in mind that the International Calls  Add-on is not going to work and instead you can use the Travel Add-ons. For calls, you need to use an app such as WhatsApp or Messenger:

    Did you enable the international calls?

    To make an international call, you have different options depending on your needs.

    Whatever option you choose for your international calls, know that the rates are the same whether you are calling a landline or a mobile number.

    You also need to activate the International calls option of your plan. To do so:

    1. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
    2. If there is more than one plan on your account, scroll to the plan you wish to change.
    3. Click on Manage and choose Advanced parameters.
    4. Next to No International calls, slide the radio button to Off.

    Did you add the +1 or 011 before the number?

    Are you under Fizz or Fizz Ext coverage?
