Internet down at H2X 1W7 for a week, support are useless

I've been in contact daily with customer support and all they can say is "there's maintenance, we don't have a timeline for when the connection comes back up".

If you're working from home, beware. Fizz is unreliable and customer support, although polite, is entirely unhelpful.

    Thanks for your comment Jessy, but the issue is the inability of Fizz to state even an estimated timeline for service to come back.
