Lost phone visiting ontario. Can fizz send a new phone/SIM card to temporary address out of Quebec?
Hi there, I lost my phone and am visiting Ontario for a few months. Im blocked when I try to buy a SIM card and get it sent to my temporary Ontario location. I’d like to buy a new phone and SIM card, and not cancel my fizz account…

As far as I know, Fizz will ship only within their subscription area which is Quebec/Ottawa.
So I think you would have to arrange delivery to your location thru family or a friend.
SIM cards can also be purchased at some stores. See the map here - https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores

You can also purchase a Fizz compatible phone at most electronic shops or online in Canada

Hello @matthew M. #5836, I doubt Fizz would send a SIM to anything bu the registered address, for security purposes. You can ask, log in, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit your question there. And if you haven't report your phone and SIM as lost/stolen so if anyone finds it and tries to use it, no luck. And if you have your device registered with Google or Apple with an account on it, you may be able to use the 'find me' feature to locate the device and retrieve it or at least erase the user data.
