Try to configure my voicemail but it tells me that my number is not recognized. How I can chat with someone to fix this issue?

    Hi David H.,
    Thank you for reaching out to us with this case.

    After verifying your account and plan, I noticed the fact that you haven't selected the Voicemail option for it and thus you're unable to use this feature.
    In order to remedy this, I invite you to change your plan and add this option.

    To change your plan, you can place the order from My plans-> Manage plan-> Adjust plan and the changes will become active starting with the new cycle as presented here:

    Also, keep in mind that any plan change must be made in accordance with the plan change policy detailed here:https://fizz.ca/en/plan-change-policy
