Any online chat?
Try to configure my voicemail but it tells me that my number is not recognized. How I can chat with someone to fix this issue?

Thank you for reaching out to us with this case.
After verifying your account and plan, I noticed the fact that you haven't selected the Voicemail option for it and thus you're unable to use this feature.
In order to remedy this, I invite you to change your plan and add this option.
To change your plan, you can place the order from My plans-> Manage plan-> Adjust plan and the changes will become active starting with the new cycle as presented here:

You can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
They will surely be able to help you.
