I just verified your account and I can confirm that everything is alright with your data display, however, the amount of mobile data available for you is not really close to 500GB 😁. It is actually about 1.39GB of data.
I would kindly suggest you verify once again, preferably from an incognito window in your browser, since cookies and cache data cannot usually affect the information displayed there.
