Unable to connect laptop to Wifi
Hello,
I recently got fizz Wi-Fi and was able to connect my IPhone and IPad but when I try to put in the password in my laptop (Lenovo) it won’t connect. I have tried resetting the password, and resetting the modem but it still doesn’t connect. Do you have any suggestions?

I suggest to retry it on your Lenovo laptop. First remove the current wifi setting (you need to forget the current network setting to start over).
Carefully enter the same password to see if it works

You can try the suggestion that PF_Ref_D2U9A provided and I'd also recommend that you make sure the Wi-Fi driver on your Lenovo laptop runs correctly.
You can check that under the Device manager on it.
Then, write down the password from the back of the modem after it was reset and check to see if you can connect to the Internet.Thank you for your consideration and have a good one!
