My plan is not working

I tried calling my number and it says its out of service, even though i paid for minutes.... Can anyone help?

    You can check if your service is working by making a call or texting -

    You can also check the payment history on your Fizz account to see the details of your last payment.

    Fizz payments are taken automatically from your card a few days before your renewal.

    If your service is already suspended, then you will need to go on your account and click on the «Make my monthly payment » button.

    Once you have made your payment, service will be restored within a few hours. In the meantime, you can try restarting your phone.

    If there is any problem, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Are you by any chance referring to your second plan that doesn't have unlimited minutes and instead uses the Pay As You Go option? 
    If so, I can see that you have 58/120 minutes left on this plan and only Quebec coverage so if you went out of that area, that could be why you lost service signal on said plan.
    If you did not leave the Quebec area, you can try to reboot the phone, turn Airplane mode ON and OFF for a few moments, do the same with the Roaming option and test your calls again.
