    Hi Joaniemartin,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

Would you kindly let me know what brand and model of phone you're using and since when did this situation start occurring?
Also, have you tried different network modes such as switching from LTE to 3G and back?
You can also turn the Airplane mode ON and OFF as well as the roaming option to see if that helps out.

Thank you for your consideration and have a good one. Waiting for your reply.

    Hi @Joaniemartin

Can you try to turn off the phone for 30 seconds?

Or put the phone in airplane mode

You can also try to change the network operator for a minute or two

All this operation must force the phone to authenticate again

Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz

    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

    You can chat in direct

       •   Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

       •   Choose the option 💬 chat

       •   If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

I had a similar situation 1 year ago in Quebec, I believe caused by à weak signal. Solved by switching to 3G for making phone calls. I now have a new phone, so missed phone calls is no longer an issue.
