Bought data roaming addon for Latin America. However data services did not work abroad. Need refund
Paid $5 + taxes for data roaming addon (Zone Latin America). However data service did not work at all during my trip. I've tried all different carries available in the region (including different days) and none of them worked. Need my money back. Please advise how to proceed for the refund.
Thank you

However, here's how to contact Fizz’s customer service team directly to inquire about that question and also to obtain precise answers. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.
-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca
-Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

Hi @cmelloni
Did you check if your phone was compatible with the local carrier network? In some latin americas country, the providers uses bands that not all the north americas phones have
Is it your APN configured as Fizz describe? https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn I already read someone with the APN configured for Videotron but when it was in roaming didn't worked
Did you enabled the data roaming?
For the refund you need to talk with the support
