I just verified your account and I noticed that there are not two charges made on your account for the same month, and I would kindly suggest you verify that by going to Transaction History in your account. You can do so by going to My settings > Transaction history. If there is only 1 charge on your credit card, there are no worries. Fizz is prepaid, so you always pay for the upcoming month.
Your credit card will be charged a few days before your renewal, and you will see the actual receipt on your Fizz account later when the plan renews.
Your plan is renewed 72 hours before the end of your payment cycle.
Example. Your payment cycle ends on the 5th of every month. The automatic payment of your plan therefore takes place on the 2nd of the month, and your new cycle starts on the 6th.
